Time settings and Timeline in ArcGIS Pro and Online

Good afternoon.
I have created a layer with time properties enable in ArcGIS Pro. The layer contains only 4 unique times (2010, 2013, 2016 and 2020). I enabled the option in the time interval to "View using unique times within the data", and the time line worked very well just showing the four years what the data refers to. The project with the time settings for the respective layer was saved in ArcGIS Pro.
When I published the ArcGIS Project as a Web Layer in ArcGIS Pro, the layer took the time properties, however the timeline is not showing just the 4 time intervals within the layer as in the original project. Other years are showing on the stripe. I would like only the years 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2020 to appear in the Timeline. I've already tried changing in the time settings options of the layer in the WebMap, but there aren't many options and there isn't the same option as in the ArcGIS Pro version to show only unique times within the data. I have created a project in the Experience Builder using the same WebMap, however the timeline widget has the same problem, showing other years on the strip in addition to the 4 years that should be shown.
Additionally, I would also like to remove the date and time at the top of the Timeline: 1/1/2010 12:00:00 AM - 1/10/2012 7:15:15 AM
Is there any way to maintain the same time configuration and the same timeline that only shows the years referring to the data? Or is there any way to edit the Timeline so that it only shows the years existing in the layer's attributes.
