Extracting certain photos from attachment

I want to extract certain images in particular areas from attachment. For example: i have pictures attachment for area A to Z. I want to extract images for Area B only. 

How to do that ? The relating table does not have the "area ID" From the corresponding spatial table.

The Export Attachments tool honors your selection set. Use the select by attributes/location tool to select all the features in that area then pass that layer into the export attachments tool.
