ArcGIS dlls for developer 10.8.2

hi All,

I am working on the ArcGIS 10.8.2 and I want bundle of dlls as image below such as ESRI.ArcGIS.Geodatabase.dll, ESRI.ArcGIS.Display.dll, etc.

What I need to be installed? Where I can download them? 

Currently I installed Desktop 10.8 and Engine 10.8 but I dont see those dlls. Please help.

If you are a programmer, you should install ArcObjects or ArcGIS SDK.  If you are just using a tool someone built, installing and licensing ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Engine will be all you need.
