Question for Design a map with ArcGIS Pro and Adobe Illustrator ?

I am doing this tutorial and this one confuse me is when you open Adobe Illustrator.

So I am following here the tutorial here : https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/design-a-map-with-arcgis-pro-and-adobe-illustrator/

I worked through all of the exercise the ArcGIS Pro all the way until you see : Bring the map into Adobe Illustrator.

Then scroll down until you see this :  Open an AIX file.

What I am confuse about this is  the number  4.

 On Number 4, do you mean open the File at the Adobe Illustratoer menu ?

I just wanted to make sure I am doing the right thing or clarify .
