Video playback in Survey123 plays only audio

On a Windows 10 PC using Google Chrome, once a Video has been uploaded a play button is shown as the place holder. However, clicking on this play button only plays audio and no video can be seen.

Is this a bug or a limitation of the current version of Survey123?
