Survey123 Web App Time Picker reverts AM/PM

Currently in the web app, when a user types directly into the field to enter time in both Time and Date Time

questions after the hits tab or selects a new question , regardless of selection the response is reverted to AM.

This behavior is occurring in surveys published from both the web designer and connect. Is there currently a workaround for this issue. I have advised users to use the time picker GUI for now. There is some worry of users not noticing the change of the AM/PM and data being entered incorrectly.
