Survey 123 exports all possible shp even though I have the 'selected records only' turned on.

When exporting to a shp. even though I have the "selected records only" turned on, I still end up with all the possible shps, instead of just the selected projects shp. Does anyone have an idea of why it is doing this? The freshwater point feature class is the only shp with data
