Survey 123 connect keeps crashing on start up (windows 11), was working fine before. I tried reinstalling multiple times but nothing works. Below is the event crash log:

It seems that on my computer there was an issue with installing some Windows updates. After multiple reboots, the issue resolved itself.

i fixed it by deleting this folder and run the application again:
C:\Users\<username>\ArcGIS\My Survey123
which has 3 sub-folders: Data, Logs, and Tools.
@azin012azin012 I had the same error code and faulting module Qt5Qml.dll, so I tried your recommendation and deleted the My Survey123 folder. When I ran the app again, it worked and had regenerated the My Survey123 folder along with the 3 subfolders.
