Reopening survey in Outbox Removes GPS Points and Other Values

Hello everyone,

I'm having issues with a survey (collected on Apple iPads, offline environment) where when technicians reopen the survey from the outbox to QAQC before submitting, it results in data loss from fields previously populated when the survey was first submitted and saved to the outbox. In the case of this survey, it removes critical IDs from a drop-down, as well as multiple XY coordinates collected in the field. 

The survey does not have any repeats as I have seen others in this forum say similar issues happened - it has multiple geopoint questions (using the null to designate a primary geopoint and pulldata functions to extract the other points) and conditional groups based on a response to a drop-down in the initial section. Data loss happens across multiple groups in the survey.

This is only happening on certain iPads we have in our network, but all are running the most recent version of S123 and iOS 15.4.1, and the Survey is published via S123 Connect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
