How can I combine day from different field using data expression?

I have another queries here regarding data expression.

I want to combine data from different field in survey123 then project it in arcgis dashboardso that I can visualize the percentage using pie graph.

I want to see the percentage of male to female.

You can do that, but you don't need a data expression. Set the pie chart to "Fields", add your fields and set the statistic to "Sum".
