Custom URL for Line Into Survey123 Geotrace

I've created a Custom URL in a webmap to pass attributes and the geometry of a line feature into Survey123. I have successfully passed the attributes, but the geometry is failing to load in Survey123. It is not a multipart line, and most have three or fewer vertices.
