I have multiple users reporting what may be a bug with the way Survey123 uses mock locations on some devices. NPS users are attempting to use Survey123 on a Samsung Tab Active2 (Android v.9) with mock locations being fed from Trimble Mobile Manager (TMM). When having TMM set up properly, Survey123 will not view the high-accuracy data, but sticks with the devices standard position. We have double-checked that the "Share locations with your regular applications" button is enabled. As a control, we were able to use Field Maps and successfully get the TMM data. Still not going to S123.
I have tested with a more modern device (Samsung S22 Ultra, Android v.12) and Survey123 works properly with TMM. Multiple users of Survey123 with Samsung Tab Active2 tablets are experiencing the same issue. This seems to be either isolated to the device or OS version.
Devices are using: Trimble Mobile Manager v3.02.1339, Survey123 v3.15.159
