Adjust width or height of dropdown menu in Survey123 App

Is it possible to adjust dimensions of the drop down menu in a Survey123 XLS form that is being used for field maps? I have a survey that users are struggling with because the height of the dropdown is so small. Put simply they want to scroll as little as possible because they have to move very fast. Multiple choice didn't work because they didn't like radio buttons (their fingers were too big) and a dropdown would be perfect if I could make it longer than just showing the first three results. We run into the same issue because they dont like having to scroll within a little box. Image below:
