Shapefile layer is not showing up on the map but it has the right attributes

Hello, I have a shapefile I have exported from a different geo information application. I want the data to show in arc gis pro but it does not show. It does in Qgis.

the attributes look like this

I was thinking it maybe was the coordinates but its not the problem

Can anyone tell me why it is not working?

Hi

I'm interested in what the other two Bomen file extensions are. You have a .cpg, .dbf and .prj files but for a fully functioning shapefile you need to have additional .shp and  .shx  files.

This oldish document will show you all the valid file extensions:

That would be my starting point....
