Legend Item Style

Is there any way to style my legend in ArcMap 10.4 as shown in the image.

You might reask the question in the ArcMAP community - https://community.esri.com/t5/arcmap/ct-p/arcmap As an EOL product esri no longer lists the community at the top level options but a quick search finds the product category still slowly active.
