Hello,
We have ArcGIS Pro licensed through ArcGIS Enterprise, but we are no more able to login to Pro using the URL and Un/Password.
The License Manager is installed on a different machine and we also have ArcGIS Pro in that machine, which works fine.
LM is 2024 and Pro is 3.3.
Any thoughts what could be triggering this? Or how to fix this?
I would say that when it come to licensing issues, it might be best to talk to Esri Customer Support.
Sure, @AdrianWelsh, shall consult with ESRI Support.
Thank you!
Hello @Yogesh_Chavan, as @AdrianWelsh mentioned, contacting Esri Support is always good choice.
Just out of curiosity, do you mean you can use/connect to ArcGIS Pro from the one installed on your Machine 1* and not from the one installed on your Machine 2**?
*Machine 1 = ArcGIS License Manager + ArcGIS Pro.
**Machine 2 = ArcGIS Pro only.
Yes @rcGIS , that's correct.
Hello @Yogesh_Chavan, I'm coming back a bit late...
First, I would check the solution this Esri Support article adds since it matches your error message.
Second, (if the previous workaround doesn't solve the issue), I would review this Esri documentation.
What in my opinion is relevant to consider from the previous Esri doc is the following: "When a member signs in to ArcGIS Pro with their organization username and password, ArcGIS Enterprise validates their membership and license assignment in the portal website using the secure HTTPS protocol. ArcGIS Pro then makes a call to ArcGIS License Manager to obtain a license. If a license is available, ArcGIS Pro starts. In this part of the process, ArcGIS Enterprise does not communicate with the license manager."
Therefore, I would make sure ArcGIS Pro can communicate with the License Manager by following this alternative Esri documentation. (You might also find this GISSE post helpful.)
Did you manage to get in touch with Support? We're you able to get the issue resolved?
