Formatting custom color palettes for ArcGIS Pro

Hi there,

Is there a way to format a custom colour palette so it does not have a horizontal scroll bar? I would like to avoid having a separate palette for each of the hues and retain them in one palette, CoS.

The scroll bars appear when I add my palette to the project. If I remove my palette, the horizontal scroll bar is removed with it. 

I would like my custom palettes to maintain the formatting of the system default, with nice spacing on the side, like this:
