Hi

I would like to extract raster values that are 2 metres away of the point (buffer 2 metres)

I did not find in the Extract Values to Point a parameter that has the option to add a radius

Are there any option available in ArcGIS Pro

Thanks

If you intend to use the data within the buffer radius for data analysis, perhaps you might want to skip the buffer step and just get the statistics from within the point and buffer radius

Point Statistics (Spatial Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

otherwise, you can use other extraction methods, like

extract by circle then raster to point

Extract by Circle (Spatial Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

Raster to Point (Conversion)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

The approach really depends on what you want to do with the data
