I want to call ArcPy outside of ArcGIS Pro to develop some code. I installed the latest ArcGIS Pro (Version 3.2), and use Pycharm as the IDE. My PC in office (win10) works well, but my laptop (win11) does not. When I run on my laptop, there will come an error, and I uninstalled and installed ArcGIS Pro but I cannot fix these bugs.
