Hi Everyone,
I am trying to do a Viewshed analysis for an electric transmission line in Monroe County, PA. I have a DEM raster that I found on PASDA, but I cannot find a DSM with vegetation and structure elevations to use with it for a complete Viewshed analysis. Does anyone know where I can get both a DSM and a DTM/DEM for use in this analysis? Or I could create both if I have raw .LAS file if anyone knows where I can find that?
