Delivering ArcGIS Pro patches through Microsoft Company Portal

Has anyone successfully figured out how to deliver Pro patches through Microsoft Intune Company Portal? When we add a patch to Company Portal, staff can install it, but Company Portal tells them it failed to install. There doesn't seem to be a way to 'tell' Intune that the patch has been installed.

Is anyone out there delivering Pro via Microsoft Intune Company Portal with success? If so, how did you pull it off?
