ArcGIS Pro Address Coder defaults to the online Locator tool, which consumes credits, and doesn't allow you to set preferences for the address geocoder to run from the local Locator, which would not consume credits.  I am trying to create a Task that would automatically point to my local Locator whenever I run the tool, but I'm having trouble figuring it out. Anyone know how this could be accomplished?Default LocatorDefault LocatorLocal LocatorLocal Locator

A user's default locator services can be configured in your Enterprise Portal or ArcGIS Online depending on your setup.  Here is a screenshot of how this tool appears for me.

How would I access either of those?  Thanks for your assistance.

You'll need Admin privileges then follow the ESRI documentation:

Configure utility services

@RobertCox87 One option is to start with a new project that contains the data you need and add the USA locator to the project, then create a project template. When you start a new project select the template you created and the USA locator will be available.
