This is so simple, it's driving me nuts.   I can NOT seem to resize this Privileges dialog box.

Hovering in the corners does nothing.  Even if I start a new project, it pops up like this every time.

Gotta be a simple solution...

So I exited pro, and changed the display settings (either scale or resolution but I can't remember, possibly both) and re-opened pro. Took a few tries and had to close pro, reduce settings, and reopen pro, until I was finally able to see the full dialog. I then changed the scale/resolution back to what I normally have it set to, while pro remained open and it worked! Good luck!

Does decreasing the scale of your laptop's/monitor's display resize the dialog box at all? That might make it more workable for you

Unfortunately, no.  The entire laptop, all windows, shrinks.

I'm having the same issue - did you find a solution?

I am using Pro 3.4 and am having the exact same issue with then Privileges setting.  I'm going to open an ESRI case.  @MSDC Did you open a case as well?

@KateDoughty1 @ChristopherBowering   No, I did not resolve this nor did I open a case with ESRI.  Do fill me in if you get a resolution.    I did come across some info at one point about resetting the registry but it was a bit involved and I wasn't in a position to deal with it at the time.

Worked for me!   I reduced the screen display resolution to the lowest setting, opened Pro, opened a dialog box that was giving me fits earlier, and i could see it in its entirety.  Then reset resolution to a normal setting with Pro still opened and the changes remained.

Did the changes remain once you closed Pro (after the back and forth dance of settings where it finally looked good) then went back in?  Subsequent close/opens as well?

The changes remained after I closed Pro. I do find I get the issue again the odd time, if I'm switching between different monitors often.
