Right now, when dragging a layer to another view, you cannot scroll through the visible tabs with the mouse wheel -- normally it scrolls horizontally in response to vertical (but not horizontal) scrolling. The bar also doesn't scroll through the open tabs when you hold the item near either side. Please allow the user to scroll through the open tabs with the mouse wheel when dragging, too, so I can more easily move layers around. Thanks.
