GP environment setting to export FC without metadata

ArcGIS Pro 2.9.12; Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB:

I want to export a table or FC, but I don't want the metadata to be included in the output.

Could an environment setting be added to these tools that would let me exclude the metadata?

• Export Features and Export Table
• Copy Features and Copy Table

I think may be an alternative approach to this idea that achieves the same end result is to continue allowing tools to export with metadata but have a tool (and a UI button) that clears the metadata to a default "nothing", as if you have just created the dataset for the first time.
