Automatically sort domain values

ArcGIS Pro 3.2.1:

My understanding about domains is:

1. The values are automatically sorted by the description when viewed in the attribute table pick list.
2. But the values don't get automatically sorted in the underlying data in the geodatabase system tables, such as the XML value in the Oracle enterprise geodatabase system table.
3. Likewise, the values don't get automatically sorted in the Domains View, since the Domains View queries the geodatabase system tables directly.
   1. I'm aware that we can manually/temporarily sort the domain values in the Domains View, but users don't always realize that's possible, and it's inconvenient to need to do that each time we view domain values. And if we don't own the domain, then we can't save the sorting.

Could we have the option to automatically sort the values by the description in the underlying data -- triggered by each saved edit? So that the domain values are sorted in the Domains View, making finding and editing values easier.
