Uploaded Map and the shape of geography all changed randomly.

Hi everyone, 

I had created a map on Arc Pro, the map looked perfect. So I uploaded it to Arcgis Online and as a map. When I intially opened the map, everything looked exactly how I expected it. Randomly after I refreshed the map all the shapes of the geography became liket this:( Image below)

Does anyone have any idea why it randomly went like this and wont go back to the orginal? You can see there are a few that are different layer that kept there orgional geography. So its just that one layer that has this issue.
