I have an uploaded raster layer in ArcGIS Online as a Tile layer (hosted). I can see this layer fine in Map Vewer. However, there does not appear to be an identify or popup info function available. Is it it possible to configure a Tile layer (hosted) to have an identify function where the viewer clicks on the pixel and gets a pop-up of the value?
