I'm working on creating a web map for pipe treatments, using a layer where one pipe may have multiple treatments layered on top of each other. I used feature display order under properties to display the feature with the most recent treatment date, but for some reason the labels always display the oldest feature, regardless of the drawing order. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Essentially looking for a way to apply drawing order to labels in ArcGIS Online map viewer. Thanks
