Hi,

I'm trying to create a URL to open a webmap to a specific feature.  After doing some reading I have most of it figured out, but I am just missing some details.  The feature I am trying to search is in a group of layers in the map.  The group of layers is id:  Land_3324

and the actual layer I want to search is id: 1

I just cannot get the URL syntax correct, and cannot find any info online.  I have tried the following with no success:

&feature=Land_3324;CONTRACTNO;O2010-001

&feature=Land_3324_1;CONTRACTNO;O2010-001

&feature=Land_3324:1;CONTRACTNO;O2010-001

etc, etc,.......

I've also tried with or without quotes on the "O2010-001" and other options....none working.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks!!

Are you trying to open this feature in the Online Map Viewer, a configurable app, or WAB?

I'm just trying to open in an Online Map Viewer, similar to a URL posted in an ESRI article on the topic.

One thing that seems to work is using the ?find=<whatever> after changing the settings on the webmap in ArcGIS Online to search by 'Layer'.  I would still like to figure out how to get it to work using the LayerID though.

The ?find= seems to work on both WebMaps and WebApps.
