Hi, I am fairly new to using Arc GIS. Most of my maps will be in PowerBI reports using the ArcGIS maps for PowerBI.

The data and the maps are for public use and visuals are embedded on a public website. The issue I am having is whenever i load the report, the visual brings up a login box even though no login is required. I can click the x to make it go away and bring the map up but this might confuse users. Is there an option to have the login box removed for public maps?

thanks in advance.

@EdwardCowell

Are you using any data that is from the living atlas or need to have credentials embedded?

What type of basemap are you using, is it premium or needs a login to be accessed outside PowerBI?

Ensure that services and data still exist in your contents or from the original source.

Thanks Daniel, this has now been fixed. It was an issue with the base maps in the end.

Thanks
