It would be beneficial to grant users and publishers the ability to view the availability of "add-on licenses" within ArcGIS Online. This feature would empower users to make informed decisions by presenting a clear overview of accessible add-on licenses. Additionally, users should be able to request additional licenses directly from the platform, streamlining the process and ensuring more efficient resource management. 

For instance, the Digital Scholarship Group is actively engaged in spatial analysis and would greatly benefit from LocatXT to enhance geocoding capabilities. Similarly, the Business School relies on Business Analyst for market research and strategic planning. However, without a clear view of the license availability, these groups encounter difficulties in planning and optimizing their workflows effectively.
