There is a necessity inside our teamwork of tracking who edited any element of out portal in ArcGIS Pro. At this moment, the tracking options fill this attribute with the name of the active user in Portal, but we need to track who really did the edition because we use concurrent licenses. Our suggestion is to enable in the editor field or in another new field who really did according to the workstation alias.
