2016 Windows Server / Arcmonitor 2024.0.1 / ArcMonitor Agent 2024.0.2
I have one of my web server machines that I cannot get metrics for the hard drive or network to show up in Arcmonitor. I can see Memory Utilized and that is about it.
1. I unregistered the component a few times from Monitor and re-registered it. No issue
2. Checked the firewall to see if it was blocking communication
3. Status for each component in Nominal (green check mark)
4. I manually ran the observer task for each component. The history logs are empty when I look at them.
Any ideas... I am stumped!!

I had this issue and had to add the user account that we used to install the ArcGIS Monitor Agent to the Performance Monitor Users groups.
I had this issue and had to add the user account that we used to install the ArcGIS Monitor Agent to the Performance Monitor Users groups.
Its working now! I added my gMSA to the Performance Monitor group, but it didn't fix it. I uninstalled / reinstalled the agent and then configured it with a different service account and it started working. I think my original service account was the root problem, but it could have been the group as well. Thanks @Craig_Lunde
