Hey all,

I've connected 2024 Monitor up to all of my current 11.2 Enterprise environment, but we have an addition 10.9.x Enterprise environment set up.

Would it be possible to set up monitor on this system? If not connected to Enterprise, would it be possible to use it to just monitor the system resource usage?

Thanks in advance!

Cody

Yes, all you would need to do is meet the monitoring prerequisites for each component and then install the ArcGIS Monitor agents on your 10.9.x hosts and register them with ArcGIS Monitor.

Esri's documentation states:

ArcGIS Server and Portal must be running on ArcGIS Enterprise version 10.7.1 or later.

I'm not sure what your licensing for ArcGIS Monitor is but the product is licensed on number of GIS Server cores you are monitoring.

Once you have the additional 10.9.x components registered then I would recommend placing them into a separate collection to easier query and mange the metrics.

We are monitoring a stand alone 10.9.1 server and have no issues.

Hey @StevenB

Looks like that's the case! Should have just checked the documentation, thank you!
