I have authorized ArcGIS Monitor with a 2023 license. I have version 2023.3, the license is good until next month. Though when I authorize it and login to Monitor. The license shows an expiration date of a 2024, even though the licensing portal says 2025.
Any ideas?
This is happening on both a Development and Production ArcGIS Monitor using different license authorization codes.

I have found the cause of the license not updating in ArcGIS monitor even though the correct license authorization was used in the software authorization tool.
It lived in the keycodes file for me. The old licensing code was being stored in the keycode file here: Program Files\ESRI\License11.0\sysgen.
The Fix:
Delete the old license number in the keycode file and reauthorize the new license number in the software authorization tool. Restart the arcgismonitorserver service.
Hi @mapDDS,
I'm not clear on what you mean,
> I have version 2023.3, the license is good until next month.
Can you please confirm your license file expected to expire in a month, so March 2025?
> Though when I authorize it and login to Monitor. The license shows an expiration date of a 2024, even though the licensing portal says 2025.
Can you please show a screenshot of what you're seeing? Do you mean in the Monitor web app > Administration page > License? or something else? Not sure when you say " licensing portal" - what do you mean by that term?
Thanks
