Add the Measure tool as a standard tool in Instant Apps.

Add the Measure Tool as a Map Tools option in All Instant Apps.  Created a nice Portfolio Map as a replacement for a Story map (which is being discontinued soon!) and found the Measure Tool was not available.  Had to switch to using Experience Builder and recreate the whole app because I needed the Measure Tool in the three tabbed maps I had created in my Portfolio Instant App.

As a workaround, and depending on what you need in your Portfolio, you could configure an Instant Apps with the measure tool (and other tools you want) and add those to your Portfolio instead of using maps directly.

I am not sure what clarification is still needed for this idea but with its current status, I am unable to thumbs up it. Adding the measurement tool in all of the instant apps, instead of just select ones would be great. Its particularly confusing to see it in Nearby but not Zone Lookup. It would also be great if it does distance and areas.
