More symbol options for map features

It would be super helpful if there are more symbol options for mapping in ArcGIS Insights. For example, currently I can't symbolize a line so that it's dashed or dotted, and I can't add hatched fill to polygons. To show the features with desired symbols, now I have to publish the features to ArcGIS Online as a hosted feature layer and then add the hosted feature layer to ArcGIS Insights. I think it would be wonderful to add some commonly-used symbols to ArcGIS Insights such as arrows, dash lines, hatched fill, etc.

Thanks for your request, I have noted it down and we will discuss it as a future enhancement for polygons

You should be able to style the lines using the appearance tab
