I have Indoors Viewer setup for my organization to reserve Hotel desks.
When a Hotel desk is booked for a few hours, it does not show as occupied in the map view.
It shows as booked when going through the book process.
I need the map to show the Hotel desk as reserved during the time window so users can visually see what is available at the time they are looking at Indoors Viewer.
Reservations are setup through Indoors dataset layer.
Could this be a configuration setting in map viewer or a bug?

Hi Melissa,
to me it looks like you have set a specific Symbology/Label option, for "all day" only. Can you share your configurations for labeling and symbology? Did you set an expression for your labels or symbology?
Hi Marisa, the Reservations layer is symbolized by the field State:
I do not have a filter on the layer.
My label expression is as follows, no filter on the label:
I am wondering with no filter applied what do you see if you 'cancle' a booking? Without any Lablefilter you should always see who made a reservation even when it is cancled. Can you check this?
It could also have something to do with your time settings for the reservation layer. Just to be sure did you check the Hotel during the time slot it was reserved for?
Hello @MelissaSalich, may I know if you have configured the time settings on the Reservations layer?
Yes, my reservation layer is configured with the time settings.
Thanks for the quick response. May I know if you are on ArcGIS Online or Enterprise? If Online, can you pls share the time settings of the hosted feature layer? If Enterprise, may I know what version and database, and also pls confirm whether you haven't enabled branch versioning.
Enterprise v11.3, I have branch versioning enabled.
