Cannot create new page for ArcGIS Hub- can't join team

Hi all,

 

I am attempting to add a new page to my Hub site, however in the "New Page/Save Page as" screen, nothing happens when I select "Yes" in the Join Team box. I looked at the Fetch/XHR after selecting yes and this is the request being sent (sans my token).

https://myorg.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/community/groups/undefined/updateUsers?

 

I noticed /groups/[groupid] is undefined which makes me think its part of the issue. Regardless, is there a workaround so I can add a page?

 

Additional details: I was the one who created this Hub, workspaces are enabled, and my user level is Administrator.

I have the same issue.  Has ESRI given you a resolution?

No, unfortunately not. I am still having this problem which makes me think the Hub itself might be the source of the issue, rather than the platform.

Any response from ESRI? I have the same issue trying to add a new page to open data portal.Like you I'm the owner of the page, creator user type, administrator.

After further research, it seems that the Core Team of the hub was deleted, and it needs to be recreated. This is why the error message in the console states: "Group does not exist."

Follow this steps to recreate the team:

  1. Open the hub/site in edit mode.
  2. At the top, select the hub name drop-down arrow to expand the content.
  3. Select "Teams." You will notice that the Core Team is missing.
  4. Click "New Team" to recreate it.
