Use map with Media layers in Field Maps Designer?

I'm conducting geospatial recycling contamination research and have been placing campus building drawings in AGOL as media layers. It works fine in Survey123 on my phone, but not on my iPad. 

I've tried it in Field Maps Designer, but I'm receiving an error message for the .jpg and .png media images.

Is there a workaround? It would be SO helpful if students and I could conduct the research on iPads.

I assume media layers are not supported in field maps.

You could take a more traditional approach and:

• Georeference the image in ArcGIS Pro
• Publish as a tile layer from ArcGIS Pro
