Publishing Tables with Relationships to Use in FieldMaps Designer

In a GDB, I've created a relationship between two GDB tables. I've zipped up the GDB and added it manually to AGO and have enabled editing, sync, and sharing for use in FieldMaps Designer. In FM Designer, I added the Hosted Table (containing my two tables) to the FM map and now I'd like to create a form using the origin table. When I expand the tables in the form designer, both tables are greyed out with a message that says "Editing of the content is disabled". I've already enabled editing, so what is going on and why should that prevent me from creating a form? Is the relationship class that messed it up or the Hosted Table item which has two tables in it that is?

Or is FM Designer not set up to work with relates between two tables and I should be using a Feature Layer -> Table relate instead?

I have successfully created forms with stand alone tables, but fairly new to relates in FM Designer, so figuring out where the problem is.

At the moment you cannot support a standalone table unless it is related to a feature layer. I would encourage you to vote for this idea and add a comment on why this is important for your business workflows:
