Editor and Edit Date values blanking out after editing in form

I've turned on Editor Tracking for the Feature Layer that I have a form built for. I want to display the Editor and Edit Date on the form so that users can see if they have already worked on a certain record or not, and when they last worked on it. I was thinking of putting this in the new Info element like:

After saving the form change and then launching it in the app, it correctly auto-fills the values for Editor and EditDate, but after actually making an edit to the form and then submitting the form record, then going back in to see what it looks like, the EditDate gets updated, but the Editor is blanked out. In the picture, this would look like: "Last Edited by: "

Not sure if this is a bug or something I missed?
