In WAB users could type an address and the near me widget would show a pop up relating to a layer based on where the address was in town. In EXB (I'm on 11.2) I don't see a way to configure it for users to input an address I just see where they can draw lines, polygon, point. I haven't used this a lot so if I am missing something please say so!
