How to change the help link in a custom widget

I am building custom some custom widgets and noticed that there is a little help icon at the top of each widget settings panel, shown beside the widget name. I have added a photo of the button. Is there any way to change where this help button goes? Right now it just goes to a 404 page on the experience builder docs.
