Experience Builder Filter for Dates in the last N days does not start at midnight...it starts at current time

The "In the last" Days filter is not starting at midnight, it is starting at the current time.

Today is 4/11 11:06am

When I create my filter for CreationDate:

CreationDate is in the last 7 (Amount) Day (Unit)

It leaves out features created.

In the last 7 days: it shows 5 features on 4/4.

In the last 8 days: Now it shows 11 features created on 4/4.

I noticed the same issue when I filtered for yesterday/today/tomorrow! We still experience it because at the moment we are using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1, but in 11.3 this bug is fixed! BUG-000166307 for ArcGIS Experience Builder (esri.com)
