We have ArcGIS Server stand alone (not federated, no web adaptor) with three instances in the site, with a reverse proxy to direct to the requests. We recently found that ArcGIS Pro and Server could not create offline data replicas correctly and adjusted the ProxyPreserveHost settings. Fixed the offline issue, broke WFS.
I am aware of BUG-000143262 - A web feature service request via a proxy does not work.
Are other people seeing this?
