In ArcGIS Online the expression "arcgis-survey123://?itemID=<ItemID>&field:GUID={GlobalID}" is used to create a link in a popup, so you can populate rows in related tables.
This link will not work in ArcGIS Enterprise - you will certainly need some kind of differernt submission_url? So is it possible to make it work somehow like that?
