ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, We are trying to install Web Adaptors for Portal and Server. when i try to install 2nd instance of Web adaptor for server, It is showing either repair or remove the webadaptor from the system. Why it is not allowing us to install 2nd instance of the web adaptor on 2019 Datacenter edition?

This is better addressed with Esri Support since community members aren't able to do a call/meeting with you and possibly a screenshare to see what is going on.  I use to run ArcGIS 10.9.1 on Windows Server 2019, and I regularly had several ArcGIS Web Adaptors on the same machine; so I suspect it is something workflow related or environment specific on your end, both of which more information is needed.

There is definitely a workflow to the process so, make sure you are following the steps as outlined by ESRI. Do you have a previous version of Enterprise installed on the machine? Question: why are you installing 10.9.1? It seems like you would be saving yourself some issues down the line by installing 11.1.2.

What virtual directories exist in the IIS instance please?  What context name did you use for the first WA and what are you trying to use for the second WA?

Hi, We have only one virtual directory portal and that was installed using 1 WA (portal) . trying to install 2nd WA (server) and did not allow us to install and set up .

I've never had this issue with 10.9.1 and I've done multiple builds.  My thought is to uninstall the WA, if they exist then clean up any folders/virtual directories in IIS (manually).  Then retry, if possible restart IIS if not the OS before the second attempt.
