Hi everybody,
last week I updated portal 11.1 to 11.3.
From then on, the gallery widgets in my sites don't work properly anymore. They don't show the items that are selected for display. It worked perfectly in the previous version.
I opend up a ticket with Esri but am still curious if others experience the same problem. Any comments or ideas?

It seems to be dependent upon thumbnail images displaying or not. Gallery mode 'use icons' works, but is not an option for me. I already tried to re-upload the thumbnails, but still no success.
[Edit2] Esri support told me that this is a bug already reported for 11.2 and now extended to 11.3

Has this been resolved yet. Having the same issue. I just completed the upgrade from 11.1-11.3 and I cannot edit my site.

Disregard my previous post. I went in and cleared by browser cache this morning and it resolved the issue.
Running into this issue as well. Upgrades Portal from 10.9.1 to 11.3 and suddenly the gallery content is not displaying. We used the "icon" in the appearance option in the Gallery Card that seems to work. However, we had nice thumbnails set up and would like to have the "Thumbnail" option working as soon as possible. Very frustrating.
